The GICRNet
The GICRNet is really about empowering people.
It seeks to find and nurture talented individuals who are willing to share their knowledge with others.
Each IARC GICR Regional Trainer is supported by access to:
i) international standardized reference material for teaching courses, and
ii) a network that is available to consult with, and resources that make it easier to interact with their local peers who need assistance.
The GICR is putting in place the tools and opportunities to expand the reach of skilled people who can provide assistance. This brings the help that is needed closer to those who need it, makes it more widely available, and fosters sustainability by creating a culture of peer support.
