ChildGICR

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (located in Memphis, Tennessee, USA) and IARC launched a bilateral collaborative agreement called “Targeting Childhood Cancer through the Global Initiative for Cancer Registry Development (ChildGICR)” in May 2020.

This agreement was established to complement and support the World Health Organization (WHO) Global Initiative for Childhood Cancer. The collaboration between St. Jude and IARC is an expression of the shared interest of the two institutions in reducing the global burden of childhood cancer.
